Explanation of What's a Progress Tax's Perentage is:

A Progressive Tax's Percentage is dependent upon the Income Bracket you are in. Therefore, if you are in a higher income bracket, this means, you earn more. However, you would pay a much higher percentage, than someone in the lower income bracket. This is why it is called a, "Progressive Tax", Because, it gets progressively bigger.
