Put the value of x = -5 to the equation of the function:


f(x)=-9x+3\to f(-5)=(-9)(-5)+3=45+3=48

Answer: f(-5) = 48.

Plug in -5 for x

f(-5) = -9(-5) + 3

Simplify

-9 x -5 = 45

45 + 3 = 48

f(-5) = 48
