In your own words, explain why the geological structures in Florida are different from the geological structures in Colorado.

There are several reasons, this all has to do with two things. How they were developed and what their environment is. This is why Florida and Colorado are very different in the fact that they were developed differently as Florida has many sinkholes lakes and is along the ocean. In Colorado, there is a lot of tectonic uplifts which creates the mountains and this state is inland unlike Florida.
