Use order of operation to solve [37 - (2x5)]

This may be a little complicated considering everything is in parentheses. However, what is in the parentheses in parentheses is computed first (in this case, (2x5) has priority). After computing, you are left with [37-10] which is simple from there.

Follow PEMDAS. (Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction)

First, multiply 2 with 5

2 x 5 = 10

Next, subtract 10 from 37

37 - 10 = 27

27 is your answer

hope this helps
