Janique knew the injury was most likely in the "posterior parietal lobe, right hemisphere".

The parietal lobe is at the back of the mind and is separated into two hemispheres. It works in handling tangible data in regards to the area of parts of the body and in addition translating visual data and preparing dialect and math. Right hemisphere would damage the sensory affects of that same side.
