Non specific immune response sometimes called as innate immune response because it was inherited. The immune response will react to many kind of situation, but the response itself weaker than adaptive immune response. First line barrier is the skin. After entering the blood vessel the bacteria should face the second line immune response from phagocyte cell such as neutrophils or macrophages.
