Interpersonal Roles
The supervisor roles in this section include presenting information and opinions. As a supervisor, we have social, conventional and judicial responsibilities. We are presumed to be a source of motivation. Individuals look up to you as a person with authorization, and as a nonentity. Interpersonal roles include figurehead, manager, and alliance.
