The order of Mesopotamia civilizations are in the order-Mayas, Incas and Aztecs. The first civilization arose in the Nile delta in the Egypt (ancient Kemet), then spread to Mesopotamia at the R. Tigris and R. Euphrates. In addition, the Aztecs were the only form of a large empire, and lasted about 300 years.
