So for this, we will be applying the zero product property, which is "if a x b = 0, then either a = 0 or b = 0 or both a and b = 0". In this case, a = x + 13 and b = x - 7. Solve them separately:

x+13=0\\ x=-13\\ \\ x-7=0\\ x=7

Your answer is x = -13 and 7.
