Let's see.
3.4 × 10^10 = 3.4 × 10000000000 = 340000000000
1.7 × 10^8 = 1.7 × 100000000 = 1700000000
Now just divide
340000000000 ÷ 1700000000 = 200
It's 200 times greater.
