So the mean formula is
(sum\ of\ all\ numbers\ in\ data\ set)/(how\ many\ numbers\ there\ are\ in\ data\ set) . Using that formula, we can solve it as such:

(0.7+1.1+0.8+1.6+1.6+2.2+1.1)/(7)=(9.1)/(7)=1.3

In short, your mean is 1.3, or A.

to find the mean of a set of data all you have to do is add them altogether and divide by how many numbers there are.

adding them equals to 9.1, now you divide this number by 7 because they are a total of 7 numbers.

so your answer is 1.3

hope this helped! :)
