how am I really supposed to #2 because like what are they looking for? Are they asking me to do the thing I did with the 1st question or something else?I'm a little confused

so, what they're asking is sing the world record holder did it for a 100-meters, find out each dog's speed for 25 meters, and see which one is faster.
