side2: x

side3: 2x - 5

Perimeter = side1 + side2 + side3

23 = x + x + 2x - 5

28 = 4x

x = 7

side3: 2x - 5 = 2(7) - 5 = 14 - 5 = 9

Answer: 7, 7, 9
