well if you do try youll probably get schocked or burnt

If it is not possible to shut off the current immediately from the power box where the main switches are, use insulators like boards or sticks made of wood to safely push or pull the person away from the contact. Even after the power has been disconnected, you should not touch the person immediately after. Act quickly and remember to protect yourself from electrocutions.
