Weather is what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time, and climate is how the atmosphere "behaves" over relatively long periods of time. I hope this is the answer your looking for

ANSWER:

Weather is the day to day, minute by a minute changing process of the atmosphere of a particular region which includes the speed of winds, temperature, precipitation, air pressure, humidity, cloudiness, etc.

Climate is the standard process of pattern which takes over a long period to get change more than 25-30 years of time and it includes temperature and precipitation of a particular region.

The study of weather knows as the "Meteorology".

The study of Climate know as the "Climatology".
