How do I multiply 12.8 x 3/4

You'll have to either transform 12.8 to a fraction or 3/4 to a decimal number. I'll transform 3/4 to a decimal:

3/4 = 0,75

After that we do the multiplication normally:

12.8 x 0,75 = 9,6

If you want, you can tranform 9,6 into a fraction:

(96)/(10) =
(48)/(5)

Hope it helped,

First, you have to make them alike by either turning them both into decimals or both into fractions. In this situation, it’s MUCH easier to turn the numbers both into decimals. 3/4 in decimal for is .75 which then allows you to multiply them!
