You do this by calculating the area.

Area of the square = s^2

s = 2 + 2 = 4

s^2 = 16

Area of the circle = pi r^2

r = 2

pi = 3.14

P = 12.56 / 16 = 0.785

The percentage = 0.785 * 100% = 78.5%
