The answer is going to be C.

The first two options are incorrect because they are not rays. A is a line, while B is a line segment.

Also remember that when writing rays, you always want to go in the direction of the arrow. With Ray PR, it's written so that the ray is going from Point P to Point R. With Option D, however, we see that that ray goes from point R to Point P, therefore making that ray Ray RP, which is not what we are looking for. Option C has the ray starting at point P and going to point R, therefore making C the correct option.
