The graph of a linear equation passes through three of these points (0,5) (2,2) (3,1) and (4,-1)

Easiest way would be to graph them, if you're not allowed to do this then you can find the slope in between each of the points and identify which one creates a slope that is different from the others. From visual inspection I can determine that (0,5) (2,2) (4,-1) are the points the linear equation passes through.

y(2)-y(1)/x(2)-x(1) ---> 2-5/2-0 = -3/2

-1-2/4-2 = -3/2
