Does anyone know this? slope: 1/4 y-intercept:3

Answer: Yes. So you need to plot this on a graph? I know how to plot it. So since the y-intercept is 3 you would put a point on 3 and then from there go up one and over 4 since we use the rise/run method. does this make sense?
