We are given

-3x^4-9x^3+15x^2

we can rewrite it as

-3x^2*x^2-3x^2*3x-3x^2*-5

we can see that

each terms are multiple of -3x^2

so, we can factor out -3x^2

=-3x^2(x^2+3x-5)

now, it can not be factored further

so, we get

=-3x^2(x^2+3x-5)............Answer
