So for polynomials, standard form is just terms arranged in descending order by their degree. In this case, standard form would be
-2x^4+6x^3+x^2+10

In standard form, numbers and polynomails with the greater powers are more to the left, with the lesser in descending form. Remember to combine like terms (if there are any), and to bring the sign.

In this case, your answer is:
-2x^4 +6x^3 +x^2 +10

Hope this helps
