So we have h =1, k =-2, and k+a =2

That gives a = 4

And the equation of asymptotes are

$y=-(4)/(3)x-(2)/(3),(4)/(3)x- (2)/(3)=\pm(4)/(3)(x-1)}+2$

Therefore

(a)/(b) =(4)/(3)

Substituting the value of a and solving for b

b=3

Required equation is
