The main difference between biotic and abiotic factors are biotic factors include the living parts of an ecosystem. For example, plants and animals. Abiotic factors are all non living factors.

Biotic - Living

Abiotic - Nonliving

So the difference is that biotic means living and abiotic means nonliving.
