s(t)=170-80e^(-0.7t)

Firstly , we can find derivative


s'(t)=0-80*-0.70e^(-0.7t)

now, we can simplify it


s'(t)=56e^(-0.7t)

now, we can plug t=2


s'(2)=56e^(-0.7*2)


s'(2)=13.80943..............Answer
