so, we can write as

`y=(x-1)^2`

now, we are given

zeros : x=-2 with multiplicity =1

so,

`y=(x-(-2))^1`

now, we can combine them

and we get

`f(x)=(x-1)^2(x-(-2))^1`

`f(x)=(x-1)^2(x+2)`.............Answer
