How the goverment supposed to carry out its business? How are people chosen to serve in the gorverment? What rights and responsiblities if any are,are citizens supposed to have?

The government is split up into 3 branches in order to successfully carry out its business. The 3 branches are legislature, judicial and executive. People are chosen by the citizens and congress. Citizens are supposed to folow to US constitution. Hope this helps.:)
