During the first 30 minutes of flight a jet climbs from the ground level to an altitude of about 43,000 ft . What is the jets rate of change in altitude during this time ?

30 times 60= 1,800 seconds so therefore 43,000 ft/ 1,800= 0.04186047 ft/sec

43000/30=1433.33 ft per min
