I don’t know where the blank is but it is lapices because a -z gets changed to -ces

Hey there!

There's a special rule in Spanish when a noun ends with a z. When you make it plural, it does not end with a traditional -os or -as. It ends with -ces. For example, pez turns to peces, and so on.

Therefore, your answer would be "Los lapices".

Hope this helps!
