The greatest amount of bags that could be packed are 98 and 13 ounces remain. I simply used the method of guessing and checking to solve this. I knew that 100 bags would lead to 2400 ounces (which is fairly close) so I experimented with 97, 98, and 99 and found 98 to be the greatest. I subtracted the total ounces of pet food by what could fit in the bags (2365-2352) to get 13 ounces left over. Hope this helped :))
