Hello, Jernardduncan5883!! The heath care practitioner should tell the client to separate the dosing of the medications by at least 2 hours or more to prevent digestive problems. Since he has GERD, he has to watch out for problems in his stomach/esophagus. I hope this helped!! Have a great night.
