we know that

Volume of a pyramid=(1/3)*[Area of the base]*height

area of the base-----> is a square base

length of the side=s units

so

Area of the base=s² units²

height=h units

substitute the values in the formula above

Volume of a pyramid=(1/3)*[s²]*h-----> volume=(s²*h)/3 units³

therefore

the answer is

v=(s²*h)/3 units³
