What is it saying is that in the first row, 8/5 8 means 85 and 88,

next row 92 92 92 98

next 105 106 106 109

113

126 127,

As for the mode of that data table, mode means what is the numerical order of the numbers.

85, 88, 92, 92, 92, 98, 105, 106, 106, 109, 113, 126, 127.

I hope I helped

The mode of a data set is the entry that occurs the most often. Since 92 is the most frequent number in the set, that is the mode.
