Hello! Rutherford’s gold foil experiment was actually really cool. While he put a beam of alpha particles into a sheet of gold foil, a few of those particles were easily deflected. He soon discovered that the reason those particles being deflected was because a little tiny nucleus. He was the one who found out the nuclear theory of an atom. I hope this was one of your answers.
