What is the difference health wise between an electronic Vapourizer, and a cigarette?

in the ecigs they use nicotine that has been liquefied and does not produce as harsh vapor as cigarettes would put off.

They use liquefied nicotine and produce less-harmful water vapor instead of harmful smoke. even though it's not the same it can still cause many issues to your health
