Hey, I believe it is Chlorine. Cl has a charge of -1 so it will gain an electron.

since Cl (Chlorine) has a -1 charge, it will mostly like to be able to gain an electron. chlorine is known to be a part of the halogen group. all elements “want to be” a noble gas. since they are right beside each other, this will allow the halogen to gain an electron since they are neighbors. i hope i helped!! that’s how i learned them. have a great day :).
