The information the leader can learn from characterizations is the fears and motivation of the characters.

Characterization is a literary device employed by writers step-by-step in literature to underline and explain the details about a character in a story. It appears in the initial stage in which the writer introduces the character.

There are two types of characterization; on the one hand the direct or explicit characterization and, on the other hand the indirect or implicit characterization.
