If the person who was shot in one cheek and it came out the other cheek was shot at close range then the bullet would either A) Kill them or B) Inflict other injuries in their face. If they were shot from a long range then the shots then they would need immediate surgery to reconstruct their face for there would be a hole in their face that would def leave scarring.
