Sounds like a joint event: First toss produces a 6 AND THEN second toss prOduces a 3. These two events are completely independent.

P(6) = 1/6, and P(3) = 1/6

Thus, the probability of rolling a 6 the first time and a 3 the second time is
(1/6)(1/6) = 1/36.
