16^1/2x=g(x)
if x =1 then g(x)=1/4f(x)
but this is only when x=1 when x=2 then it is the 4th root of 16=2
so g(x)=1/4(f(x))/x)

The number 4 is a dividend of 16 ----> 16/4 = 4
