Data from 2010 says that the largest tribe in the United Sates are the Navajo tribe with 308,013 people . The 2nd biggest tribe is the Cherokee tribe with 285,476.

The answer is
Navajo
Navajio is the largest tribe with 308,013 people.
Its right above Cherokee with 285,476 and Sioux with 131,048.
