Okay, using the pythagorean theorem, we can see that the side the both triangles share is... 3.2.

Using the pythagorean theorem again, we do

a^2+b^2=c^2

(3.2)
²+a²=6²
10.24+a²=36
a²=25.76

√a²=√25.76
a=5.07543≈ 5.1

Hope this helps!
