Hey!
So take the original area and multiply it by 0.24 and you get 48.
Now add 48 to 200 to get the new area which is 248 feet.

You can also multiply the original area by 1.24 because since the garden grew you do 1.24, but if it decreased then you would do 0.76 because of 1 - .24.

The answer is 248 ft
Hope this helps!

It's 248 ft because it increased by 24%, you do 200 ft times 1.24 to get 248 ft.
