D is the only point that is a solution to the graph.

You can tell this in two ways. Firstly, you can look into the graph and find the points that are in between the two parabolas. You'll notice only D falls between those two.

The second way is that you can plug into each equation algebraically to see if they produce true statements. D produces two true statements.

y < x^2 + 2
-2 < 0^2 + 2
-2 < 2 (TRUE)

y > x^2 - 6
-2 > 0^2 - 6
-2 > -6 (TRUE)
