What does the blessing of liberty mean

In General "Blessing Of Liberty" referred to in the constitution of the united states of america (i'm assuming this is what you mean) Its a general phase of all benefits (blessing) of freedom of liberty that they had no room nor felt the need to list. therefore the rest of the constituion had preamble (from "we the people") to this constitution of the united states of america has no legal clout.
