90 degrees will be equal to a quarter of an hour, so 15 minutes, therefore it will be 12:15pm
If you would go 90 degrees anti-clockwise it would be 11:45am

If it is 12:00 p.m and you move the minute hand 90 degrees clockwise, what time will it be?
