if a bill has passed both the house and senate it goes to the president at the begging of the annual session of congress the president doesnt sign the bill but holds iy for more then 10 days what happens to the bill

It becomes law unless president returns it to congress within 10 days (while in session) if congress is adjourned then it is called a "pocket veto" without formal veto
