TRUE. Eubacteria are often called 'true bacteria' and thus are prokaryotes. Like all prokaryotes, they lack a nucleus and thus genetic material is distributed throughout the cell in a circular strand of DNA that floats freely in the cytoplasm, and sometimes in plasmids too (small circular rings of DNA that carry extra genetic information).
