The first nation in Europe to give all men the right to vote was "Great Britain." Great Britain was the first nation in Europe to give men rights to vote. In 1867 Great Britain passed laws the granted rights to men and in 1832 Reform Act gave women the right too vote in Great Britain. In 1918 and 1928 it became a national movement in the Victorian era. Then they finally succeeded in passing the two new laws.

Hope this helps!
