The Gila monsterIt is thought to be the original medicine man and one of the Navajo Holy People. Gila monster appears as a large, venomous lizard when drawn in sand paintings and representations. It is also associated with Navajo healers and hand trembles because of its foot that is thought to shake when it walks.
